Go Green, Choose E-statements Drawing

Join SnoCope as we do more to help reduce, reuse and recycle.

By signing up for e-statements (electronic statements) you save on paper, postage and energy. You increase the financial efficiency of the credit union so we can give back more to members, and you participate in today’s low-waste movement to help protect and conserve our fragile environment.

Switch to e-statements between October 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021 and we’ll enter your name in our Go Green Choose E-statements Drawing. You’ll be able to view up to 24 months of statement history and you’ll avoid the $1 paper statement fee (subject to increase in the future).

Once signed up for electronic statements, your name will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card; one $100 gift card will be awarded in October, one will be awarded in November and one will be awarded in December. With e-statements, you will receive an email notification that your statement is ready for viewing at the beginning of each month. And unlike paper statements, your e-statement will be ready about one week sooner, so you can log into Online Banking and retrieve it immediately. Then, if you really want a paper copy of your statement, you can simply print it from your home computer or download it into a folder on your desktop. (E-statements (a 24-month history), Tax Documents, and E-notices are all available inside your Online Banking.)

Already enrolled in e-statements? As an Early Adopter of e-statements, you can also enter the Go Green Choose E-statements Drawing. Early Adopters will be entered into a drawing that happens on or about January 15, 2022. Just log into your Online Banking in October or in November or in December and view your September or October or November e-statement, and send us a message from inside your Online Banking (only one entry for the three month period please), and we’ll enter your name into the January 15, 2022 drawing. Go Green Choose E-statements Contest Rules

1. This contest drawing is open to members of SnoCope Credit Union who are 18 years or older and legal residents of Washington State at time of entry. Employees, and their immediate family members, board members, and vendor partners of SnoCope Credit Union are not eligible.

2. Eligible members of SnoCope Credit Union may enter the contest drawing by:

a. Signing up for e-statements via SnoCope’s Online Banking and completing the enrollment process

b. Printing your name, SnoCope Credit Union, your address, your phone number and your age on a post card or piece of paper and mailing it to GO GREEN, CHOOSE E-STATEMENTS DRAWING Attn: Marketing, 3130 Rockefeller Ave., Everett WA 98201.

3. All entries received in October will qualify and be entered into the October contest drawing. All entries received in November will qualify and be entered into the November contest drawing. All entries received in December will qualify and be entered into the December contest drawing. All entries become the property of the credit union, will not be returned, and are subject to verification. Limit one entry per member account only.

4. The winners will be selected by a random drawing to be held on or about October 31, 2021 and then on or about November 30, 2021 and then on or about December 31, 2021 from qualified entries received each month. The drawing will be held at SnoCope Credit Union, 3130 Rockefeller Ave., Everett WA by staff members. The winner will be notified by email or by telephone. The number of qualified entries will determine the odds of winning. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond in 45 days, the winner will be disqualified and a substitute winner will be randomly selected from the remaining entries.

5. One $100 Gift Card will be awarded for October, one in November and one in December. (Only one gift card per member account.)

6. The Gift Card Prize will be provided directly to the winning member or mailed to the winning member. SnoCope assumes no responsibility in relation to these prizes.

7. The sponsor of the contest is SnoCope Credit Union, 3130 Rockefeller Ave., Everett WA. All decisions of in applying these contest rules will be final.

8. SnoCope Credit Union, is not responsible for lost entries, misdirected entries, undelivered or late entries, computer or internet problems, hacking, viruses, technical or other issues beyond the reasonable control of SnoCope Credit Union.

9. No purchase is necessary to enter this contest. Terms and conditions may apply. Participation constitutes an entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these rules.

10. The Contest Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

11. In case of a dispute as to the identity of a winner that entered online, such entry will be made by the registered user of the email account, and if a prize is won, and such registered user has submitted a valid entry, the prize will be awarded to such registered user.

12. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, by entering this contest drawing, each entrant grants permission to SnoCope Credit Union to use his/her name, address, and likeness for advertising/publicity purposes in any and all media without further compensation. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity release. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of the prize and the awarding of the prize to another individual.

13. By participating in the contest drawing, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless SnoCope Credit Union and their officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives, from and against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from participating in the contest or the award of any prize.

14. By submitting an entry, each entrant agrees that if he/she is awarded a prize, SnoCope Credit Union may verify the information provided, including credit union membership, as a condition of the entrant receiving a prize. All prizes are awarded "as-is" and without warranty of any kind. All local, state and federal taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Early Adopter Go Green Choose E-statements Drawing Rules

Going into your Online Banking: in October to view your September e-statement, or in November to view your October e-statement, or in December to view your November e-statement and then send us a message from inside of your Online Banking that you have viewed your e-statement for one of these months.

3. All message entries received in October, and in November, and in December will qualify you to be entered into the January 15, 2022 drawing. Only one entry will qualify for the three month period.
